The history of my father’s WWII Air Force was well written and very informative. This Air Force flew the longest missions of the war in the vast Central Pacific Ocean.This book occupies an honored place in my library next to a photograph of my father.

Unfortunately, did not contain the specific info I was looking for.

Loved the book! Does anyone know the whereabouts of Clive Howard the Co-author. My late mother was his sister. Trying to locate Clive or his family members.

Great book, my Uncle Paul is in there on p. 321 - lost in a low level mine laying mission with his whole B24 crew over Saipan. Never knew him but then, I was only 2 years old! Now long retired from the USN after 32 years myself!

These recipes are so delicious and tasty and full of Flavor. Love the photos and the call for ingredients that I already have at home. I am very impressed with this cook book that Kelis has. My favorite is the Roast Pork Shoulder. Makes you wanna slap your mama GOOD !!!! I had to get two books, one for me and for my friend.

Great cookbook...love it. Everything that I have tried has turned out to be a winner....What more can you ask for?

I’m cooking my way through this cookbook. I’m about halfway. Everything I’ve made so far is excellent. Aji is a staple in my house now. We eat it with everything or just by itself with chips. Her sazon recipe is worth buying the book for. It can go in or on everything chicken, pork, beef and fish. We even use it on on the tostones recipe. I would recommend trying the drunken Fried chicken, Orange chili chicken, Coconut curry crab soup. Buying this book will not disappoint you.

Her book is true to form and there are so many dishes that are worthwhile and refreshing to a novice. Can't wait to start cooking (again)! Loving the variety of dishes and flavors!

Have tried three or four recipes from the book so far. All were very good. Next will be the pernil---can't wait! Instructions were very clear and concise. Am glad I purchased this book.

So many beautiful pictures and recipes that I can't wait to try. She puts a nice spin on dishes like her mac and cheese and her red cabbage. I appreciate that this is a skill shes mastered and its not just a celebrity face on another cookbook. She's the real deal!

I tried making the arèpas and they turned out perfectly! I enjoyed the preface and the little stories that accompanied some of the dishes. The book is pleasing both to the eye and palate!
